Natalie Kissoon, MD, FAAP
Dr. Kissoon is an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the Joe and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine and the Fellowship Program Director. She worked as a pediatric emergency department physician in Washington, D.C. as well as a pediatric hospitalist in Corvallis, Oregon prior to fellowship training. Dr. Kissoon’s work focuses on child maltreatment and clinical assessments of suspected victims of child and adolescent abuse. Dr. Kissoon is a member of the Ray Helfer Society, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Texas Pediatric Society. She is a member of the Executive Committee for the AAP Council on Child Abuse and Neglect. Dr. Kissoon serves on the Child Abuse Pediatrics sub-board at the American Board of Pediatrics. |
