A Note from the Medical Editor
In the world of parenthood, I’m sure you’ve encountered the phrase “breast is best” gracing the pages of parenting magazines, Web sites, medical textbooks, and formula advertisements alike.

In honor of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) newly reaffirmed breastfeeding guidelines, this month’s newsletter provides helpful information for those new and expectant parents out there.

By educating yourself about why “breast is best” you can make the process as pleasant as possible for you and your baby.
