5 Tips to Reduce the Risk of Birth Defects
Can we do anything to reduce this number? Well, yes. We can’t prevent all birth defects, but we can try to reduce how often they happen. Here are 5 tips to lower your risk of having a child with birth defects. Remember to talk with your loved ones about the issue, adopt healthy lifestyle choices before and during pregnancy, and speak with your health care provider as often as possible.
